Importnat Information!

Weather policy

In the event of rain, the tournament will be postponed to Sunday May 5th. You will be notified if the event is delayed no later than Friday May 3rd.

If the lightning disturbance occurs after halftime, the score of the game will be counted as the score stands resulting in a win, lose or tie.

If the disturbance occurs before the lunch break (12:00 pm) and lasts longer than one hour, the rest of the games will be shortened to accommodate that all games get played. If there is a lightning disturbance later in the afternoon and the pause is no longer than an hour, games will be resumed as scheduled. Time permitting, all missed games will be re-scheduled, otherwise they will be canceled.

Sportsmanship Code of Conduct

Participants and spectators in SoccerFest 2025 are expected and required to conduct themselves in a sportsmanlike manner. Spectators will be encouraged to cheer for their team/athletes, and players will be encouraged to support each other. However, any extreme heckling or profane language used against players or other fans will not be tolerated[DC1] . Disputes with calls will not be tolerated by referees, and any argument or debate with them which turns out uncivilized will result in the offending party being sent home from the tournament. If a team cannot be humble in their victory and/or gracious in defeat, they may be disqualified. Fighting will not be allowed and any members who are involved in a physical confrontation will be escorted off the premises. Finally, any damage done to tournament equipment and/or facilities due to unsportsmanlike tantrums will be the full financial liability of the offending party and the individual will not be allowed to remain at the tournament facility.
